Shipping & Delivery

Rates

  • Orders $100+ — free standard shipping
  • Orders under $100 — $6.98 flat rate standard shipping
  • Local pickup — free at our McKinney store

Timing

Here's the honest timeline from click to doorstep:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (usually 1!) Orders placed Saturday or Sunday start processing the next business day.
  • Transit: 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Total: most orders arrive within 4–7 business days.

During launches, sales, and the holiday season, processing can take an extra day or two. We'll post updates at the top of the site if we're running behind.

Local pickup

Select local pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely. Your order is usually ready within 1 business day, and we'll email you the moment it is.

Pick up at: 113 N. Kentucky Street, Suite 101, McKinney, TX 75069 — during store hours.

Tracking your order

You'll get two emails from us: one confirming your order, and one with tracking when it ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

If it's been more than 5 days since your shipping confirmation and your package hasn't moved, email hello@landrykate.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@landrykate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Landry Kate isn't able to replace or refund it. Claims for lost or stolen packages go directly to USPS or UPS. We'll gladly help you file one — just reach out.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered, and we can't reroute a package once it's in the carrier's hands. If you catch a mistake before it ships, email us right away and we'll fix it if we can.

International

We don't ship internationally at this time. We're a U.S.-only shop for now.
