All purchases are shipped through either USPS or UPS.
- All US shipping addresses are charged a $6.95 shipping fee unless the order exceeds $100. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
- Most packages will arrive in 3-5 business days after they have been processed.
- Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and the package's delivery date
Landry Kate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS.
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and we will give you further instructions on what to do! If you need any additional help with an order in regards to shipping + delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the email
- If you live near our physical location, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup!
- After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
